Founded in 1997, the company is the drafting and revision unit of the "national industry standard for vehicle PTO". In June 2016, it was rated as "National High-tech Enterprise".

In December 2016, Zhejiang Bezares Power Transmission Co., Ltd., a Sino foreign joint venture company was established with Spanish Besares S. A, has two R&D and production bases in China and Spain.

In January 2019, the group standard of "Made in Zhejiang" was drafted. In March, obtained IATF16949 quality system certificate.

In January 2020, SDQ211/65PQ1 rear power take-off and SDQ51/38PQ1 PTO products won the Zhejiang manufacturing certification.
